Welcome back. Your dates are already on the calendar.
Thank you for another year at the Batavia Fine Arts Centre. We’ve gone ahead and placed your dates for the 2027–28 season on our calendar so you can see them in context with the rest of the year. All we need from you now is a yes — or a change request.
How we chose your dates
We rolled your event forward to the same position in the month, not the same calendar date. If you were on the first Tuesday of a month, you’re on the first Tuesday of that month next season. A third Wednesday stays a third Wednesday.
This keeps your event in the same rhythm as previous years, but it does mean the actual date numbers have shifted. Please check them carefully.

Don’t see your event?
Renewal is offered for qualifying events — those that have appeared on the BFAC calendar for two or more consecutive years. If your event isn’t on the calendar for this season, it didn’t meet that standard this cycle.
That doesn’t mean you can’t book. Send us an enquiry with your preference and we’ll work with you to find a date.
