This year’s showcase, Time for Change, is more than a performance- it’s a statement. A testament to what happens when you choose growth over comfort, when you show up for the work, and when you trust that it’s never too late to become something more.

This year’s program brings together three generations of Embody dancers: Collective students who have trained hard and grown tremendously this year, the elite performers of Embody Dance Company, and alumni who return to the stage as proof of what dedicated training can build over time.

Featuring works in ballet, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, and more, this performance reflects the full range of what dance can be: technically rigorous, deeply expressive, and fully alive.
