Fox Valley Orchestra Presents: Rhapsody in Pops

Our summer Pops season comes to a stellar and exciting close with a tribute to the Boston Pops.  An FVO favorite, world-class flutist Anastasiya Squires performs six brand new Pops arrangements written specifically for her.  Our audiences know that she dazzles with virtuosity, beauty of sound, and soulful expression.  A mini-Gershwin tribute peaks with the iconic “Rhapsody in Blue” featuring pianist Jodie DeSalvo, a soloist known for her stylish Gershwin style.  The orchestra rounds out the program with light-classical and pops favorites!
