🎵 Elementary Music Concert 🎵

Schedule

  • 4:30 PM – Stage doors open for District event staff
  • 5:30 PM – Students/Chaperones may enter stage doors
  • 6:30 PM – Lobby opens / Audience seating begins
  • 7:00 PM – Performance begins

Band/Orchestra Setup

  • Conductor’s Podium
  • 1 Wireless handheld on stand (additional available upon request)
  • Black masking curtains
  • Upstage black curtain or white cyclorama

Please request use of any music equipment (stands, instruments, posture chairs) from the BHS Music Department

List any required BFAC chairs (red padded) in the field below and send any chair layouts to rental@bataviafineartscentre.org

Choir Setup

  • Risers: 3-step choral risers (7 sections)
  • Audio:
    • 2 Audix Microbooms in front of risers
    • 2 Wireless handhelds on stands (additional available upon request)
    • Monitor speakers on floor in front of risers for playback
  • Music Stands:Limited quantity available upon request.

Media & Lighting

  • Playback: Playback of audio/video files from Qlab. Share media with bfac.tech@bps101.net.
  • Lighting: Full wash of riser area, color lighting from the top.

Audience & Access

  • Seating: General admission audience seating (house opens 30 minutes prior)
  • Ushers: Ushers provided by BFAC

AIFF, WAV, and CAF files will give you the best audio quality and the least technical trouble and those are the formats that we recommend most highly.
