BFAC is the exclusive videographer. Outside videographers require a buyout package. (Digital Downloads are sold to the patron at $35.00. Digital downloads purchased prior to a renter/user first performance, will have $10.00 per unit applied toward the renter’s final bill.)

BFAC fees will be added to the price set by the User and is based upon the board approved school district ticketing fees. When advertising, you should advertise the total including fees (see below).

$3.00 per ticket sold, for tickets up to $30.00
$4.00 per ticket sold, for tickets $30.01 to $45.00
$5.00 per ticket sold, for tickets $45.01 to $60.00
$6.00 per ticket sold, for tickets $60.01 to $75.00

Add $2.00 per ticket for Box Office or phone purchases.

BFAC fees will be added to the price set by the Renter and is based upon your rental agreement. Fees are buried into ticket price. When advertising, you should advertise the total including fees (see below).

Standard Ticket Fees apply. (Digital downloads will be available for 50% more than the on-demand streaming charge or a min of $18.00.)

Individual Digital Download: Available to patrons for $35.00 each. — Company Digital Download: Offered at a bulk rate, added to the renter’s bill. This option gives the entire company access to the digital download at no additional cost per patron or performer.

INDIVIDUAL DIGITAL DOWNLOAD: (based upon a minimum of 15 orders) Digital Downloads are sold to the patron at $35.00. Digital downloads purchased prior to a renter’s first performance, will have $10.00 per unit applied toward the renter’s final bill.
COMPANY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: (Prices are per performance): Digital Download provided FREE to every performer up to 30 days following the performance. There are no fees for video editing, switching, and mastering. After 30 days Digital Downloads may be purchased by the patron for $35.00 with 100% of sales going solely to the Centre. Up to 35 Downloads – $1,750 36 – 50 Downloads – $2,000 51 – 75 Downloads – $2,500 76 – 100 Downloads – $3,000 Great than 100 Downloads – $3,500
