I understand and agree that testing and verifying ticket pricing and functionality is ultimately my responsibility as the client.
The Renter is required to advertise and publicize only the total ticket cost, including all fees, and must not, under any circumstances, communicate a ticket price excluding fees in any form of letter, email, or publicity. The Renter assumes full responsibility for any fines or legal actions resulting from the advertisement of a ticket price that does not include all fees. When communicating ticket prices, the Renter must use the ticket price reflecting the highest applicable fees within each price point, followed by the statement: “$2.00 discount when tickets are purchased online.”
