BFAC RETURNING RENTER REQUEST WEEK

Batavia Fine Arts Centre Returning Renter Request Week for the July 2022-June 2023 season will begin Tuesday, October 5th at 8:00 am and go through October 8th. This is not for this season, but for NEXT season. Please note: requests time-stamped before October 5th at 8:00 am central time for the 2022/2023 season will not be accepted as valid. To access the Fine Arts Centre reservation request form you may click here, or you may click “rental”, then click “enquire about a date.”

Once a request is submitted you will receive a receipt.  This receipt is NOT confirmation that your date was accepted, only that your request was submitted. Within two weeks of the original request, you will receive a response stating whether your request was accepted or denied.
